Beef ribs to die for

Today I made bone-in bbq beef ribs.  It was simple, easy and the taste was to die for, to say nothing about how the meat fell off the bone.

1 1/2 pounds of beef ribs (bone-in)

1- tblsp of onion powder, 1-Tblsp of garlic powder, 1-Tblsp of smoked paprika, 1-Tblsp of cayenne pepper, 2-Tblsp of organic honey, 4-Tblsp of your favorite bbq sauce and 2-Tblsp of EVOO.

Wash ribs, pat dry, remove most of the fat, mix dry ingredients and spread over the meat side.  Place in a tin foil lined cake pan and drizzle the EVOO over the top.  Cover with tin foil and place in oven at 400 deg. F for 45 mins..  Remove, uncover and spread the honey evenly and then put back in the oven at 200 deg. F for 1-hour.  Remove, uncover and spread bbq sauce evenly.  Cover and place back in the oven at 200 deg. F for 2-hours.  Serve with yellow mustard potato salad (the recipe is in the book at www.mealselection.com.) and baked beans along with your favorite beverage.
